How long do deliveries take?
All our orders are sent out on a 1-2 working day delivery service.
How much does it cost to deliver?
This varies depending on the weight, size and location of the order. The delivery charge will be automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping cart.
Do you offer FREE DELIVERY if I spend a certain amount?
We don’t offer free delivery as standard as we try to keep our delivery charges separate rather than hiding them within the cost of the items, that way you know exactly what you are paying for your products.
I am local to one of your branches, can I collect my order from you?
Yes, simply select the collection from branch option when checking out, your order will then be sent to the relevant branch. Once picked you will receive an e-mail or a phone call to let you know that your order is ready for collection.
Do you deliver on a weekend?
As a rule our couriers (except on some occasions the Royal Mail) only deliver on a weekday, however if you do require an urgent Saturday delivery we can offer this on occasion. This will incur a premium charge.
What happens if I am not home for my delivery?
Depending on the location and items you have ordered our couriers may leave the items in a safe place, if the driver deems safe to do so. Alternatively the driver will
leave a note with instructions to re-arrange the delivery.
What if my delivery is late?
We always endeavour to have all orders packed up and dispatched in a timely manner however we are aware that issues across courier networks can arise which can
delay deliveries. This is something that unfortunately is out of our control. We cannot accept any responsibility for any delays that are outside our control, we also recommend that customers do not book any tradesmen before receiving their goods to prevent any delays.
Can I track my order?
Upon dispatch of your order you should receive an e-mail confirming dispatch along with any tracking information for your relevant courier. Alternatively you can track your order by dropping us an e-mail at email@example.com
What do I do if my orders is received incomplete, or a product is damaged?
Our aim is for your order to be received in full and in excellent condition. You would need to check your order for any visible packaging damage upon receipt of your order. If there is visible damage then please sign as damaged. Any damages will need to be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, All

Can I return a product?

Who covers the return cost?
We will pay for the return cost if the product/s are faulty or damaged. In all other cases, you must pay the costs of return. Initial postage costs from us will not be refunded.
When will you refund me for my returned product?
We aim to issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving your order back to us, however due to some busy periods these refunds can take up to 7 days.
Do I have to sign up for an account?
No, you don’t have to sign up for an account before ordering however doing so will keep you up to date with any future offers and help speed up the ordering process for future orders.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept a wide range of payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards & Paypal. Most major credit cards are accepted.
How secure are my payment details?
We use Paypal’s secure payment portal to process any of our payments. All of your details are kept secure and confidential.
Are your prices including VAT?
Yes, all prices stated on the website are including vat. A full Vat invoice will be issued with any orders.
